i found the location to be perfect, situated right at the front. the bay views were AMAZING!!! the town center was within easy walking distance. the staff at reception were lovely.
the hotel is located across a busy main road.

the lady at check-in was friendly, and she provide helpful informations. i was impressed that the hotel been in same family for 73 years. a familys touch. the rooms view of the bay, it was very clean and tidy.
parking is limited and require a fee of ten pounds.

the hotel had an excellent bar, called Aspect, a really nice place. the hotel boast a fine architecture, and it exceed expectations. parking is available at the rear, though spaces are limited, with public parking opposite the building.

the room had a spacious layout and a private patio. i loved the feel to the room. the lady checked us in and she was very helpful and friendly.
there was loud music that i could hear from our room. i reported this issue to reception, but the noise persisted. the music stopped around 10pm, but it started again before 8 am on saturday morning.
